OCD WRITES FEAR. YOU WRITE TRUTH.

There’s a wiser part of you beneath the noise. Therapy helps you hear it again.

I specialize in the "sneaky" kind of OCD — the kind that hides under perfectionism, shame, and doubts about who you really are. Instead of visible rituals, it often looks like redoing, replaying, or endlessly seeking reassurance. It can also show up as unwanted, disturbing thoughts that make you question your own character. Whatever form it takes, it's exhausting, and it leaves you feeling like you're constantly managing a version of yourself that no one else can see.

The Missing Piece:

Your OCD Has a Story

OCD has recognizable patterns, but your experience of OCD is uniquely yours. The fears that grab hold, the questions your mind won’t let go of, and the things that feel most dangerous to get wrong aren’t random. They often point to what matters most to you.

OCD treatment often focuses on the pattern: notice the obsession, resist the compulsion, tolerate the uncertainty. That work matters. But OCD doesn’t happen in a vacuum. There’s room to understand what it has attached itself to, why these particular fears carry so much weight, and what they touch in you.

This isn’t about reassurance or proving a fear isn’t true. It’s about understanding the meaning without letting OCD decide that it needs to be solved. Sometimes, that deeper understanding is part of learning to face what OCD has taught you to fear, without letting it write the rest of your story.
