Hi, I’m Megan.
I help people make sense of the parts of themselves that feel confusing, overwhelming, or at war with each other.
You’re here because you’re looking for something different.
Whether this is your first time reaching out or you’ve been in therapy before, you may be searching for something more— something that goes beyond surface-level change and reaches the deeper places where feelings live and logic doesn’t.
Your symptoms aren’t flaws or failures. They’re clues— meaningful responses that developed to protect, manage, or make sense of past experiences. Many approaches focus on reducing symptoms without understanding their purpose. That can bring temporary relief, but often leaves you “improved” on the outside while still struggling underneath.
My work helps you understand your inner world rather than fight against it, so change becomes possible, sustainable, and rooted in your most authentic self.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human. I don’t work from a script or a one-size-fits-all model.
I approach therapy as both a science and an art—listening closely, responding intuitively, and tailoring the work to you, not a manual.
I meet you where you are with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the wisdom you already hold.
I show up fully as myself—open, honest, and real—so you can do the same. No pretense, no judgment. Just a space where insight deepens, relief becomes possible, and meaningful change takes root.
How I Work
My work blends evidence-based treatment with deeper internal work — helping you understand not just what you do, but why you learned to do it.
Rather than forcing change, we slow down the urgency, tracing where your beliefs began: not just the fears, but the stories about your worth, your role in relationships, and what you're allowed to expect from life. Instead of avoiding, dismissing, or criticizing your patterns, I help you get curious about them and learn what they need to soften and return to balance.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal— because lasting change starts from the inside out.
Who I Help
I work with people who feel deeply, think intensely, and often carry burdens in silence. This includes individuals navigating:
OCD & intrusive thoughts (identity fears, morality worries, or the pressure to “get it right”)
Anxiety & perfectionism, especially when self-expectations feel impossible to meet
Eating disorders rooted in shame, protection, or control
Trauma that shows up as hypervigilance, disconnection, or a body that won't quite relax
Life transitions that unsettle your sense of identity or stability
If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” you’re in the right place.
